I’m Charlotte, and I’m so glad you’re here to learn more about me and ARLO!

I’ve always been fascinated by how the spaces we spend time in can profoundly impact our well-being - both positively and negatively. This passion drives me to create beautiful, practical, and meaningful spaces that truly enhance my clients' lives.

Before making interior design my full-time career, I spent 17 years working in the NHS, primarily as a Paramedic. While I loved my role, I couldn’t ignore my growing desire to turn my passion for designing spaces into something more. And so, ARLO interior design was born.

For me, great design is deeply personal.

I believe in working closely with my clients, getting to know them as individuals, and ensuring their space is a true reflection of their personality. Collaboration is key—I love sharing ideas, refining details together, and of course, having a good chat over a cuppa (decaf tea for me, please!).
